When asked about Salah’s future at Liverpool, Alisson said: “He is very calm. He doesn’t seem to be affected by these kinds of situations. He is mentally very focused on his goals. The most important thing is that we keep doing what we are doing.”

What else has been said about Salah’s future at Liverpool?
Liverpool wouldn’t be where they are at this stage of the season without Salah’s performances, and other players in the squad appear to know this, with Alisson far from the only player declaring he wants the winger to stay .
Alexis Mac Allister recently revealed this week that he would like to see Salah will remain with the Reds beyond this season, with the 32-year-old arguably the best player in Europe, having already scored double figures in goals and assists in all competitions.
Indeed, Salah is too good for Liverpool to lose for free at the end of this season, and realistically a new deal needs to be signed and sealed before the end of 2024, with clubs set to turn their eyes to the forward in January.
