Climbers rescued in western South Dakota

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO) – Climbers were rescued in Pennington County on Monday afternoon.

According to a Facebook post from the sheriff’s office, equipment failure left climbers stranded on the side of Old Baldy Mountain.

Several rescue teams arrived in the area and helped the climbers get down safely. No one was injured.
