Guwahati: The eight accused in the multi-crore case online trading scam were re-enclosed judicial detention by a court in Guwahati and sent to Guwahati Central Jail on Saturday.
The main suspect in the case, including the main suspect Bishal Phukan and former actor-choreographer Sumi Boraher husband Tarkik Bora and five others were produced before the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) on Saturday afternoon.
Meanwhile, CBI officials on Saturday conducted raids at the Dibrugarh offices of accused Sumi and Bishal.
Eight key suspects in the case were shifted to Guwahati from the Dibrugarh Central Jail on Friday to appear before the special CBI court in Guwahati on October 30.
