KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -Sunday morning, University of Tennessee Police sent out an emergency alert reporting a robbery that occurred at 11th St. and Cumberland Ave.
According to UT Police, they are still searching for the suspect, who was last seen fleeing along 3rd Creek Greenway toward Neyland Drive. The suspect is armed with a handgun, police said, and is described as a white or Hispanic man wearing a ski mask and a black hoodie.
UTPD urges anyone who spots the suspect not to approach and to immediately call police at 865-974-3111.
