DUBOIS CO., Ind. (WFIE) – An ongoing investigation in Dubois County has led to the arrest of a Jasper man on drug abuse charges.
On October 25, the Dubois Co. Sheriff’s Office and Jasper Police Department served a search warrant at a home on Leopold Street.
During a search of the home, officers said they found a black safe hidden in the ceiling rafters.
According to DCSO, the safe contained five bags of meth and various drug paraphernalia.
Deputies say the meth weighed a total of 155.4 grams, or about 5.5 ounces.
The suspect, Clinton J. Allen, was arrested and booked into jail on a $25,000 bond.
He is charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance – controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
