A man who allegedly tried to commit suicide tried to jump from the 14th floor of the building, but was saved by residents.
A 21-year-old man tried to jump from the 14th floor of the Supertech Capetown Society tower in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, but the quick action of several residents saved his life. The entire incident was recorded on camera and the video is quickly gaining popularity on social media.

A man suffering from a mental disorder allegedly attempted suicide by trying to jump from the 14th floor when residents on the floor below spotted him and immediately ran up the stairs to pull him to safety.
The incident took place at Supertech Capetown Society in Noida Sector 74.
The recording of the incident shows a man hanging by his hands from the 14th floor balcony. Two people on the floor below him noticed him and ran up the stairs.
The footage then shows two men approaching from behind and pulling him to safety, avoiding tragedy. Police arrived at the scene shortly after the incident was reported.
Police said the person shown in the viral video suffers from mental illness Living Hindustan. Police further said that the man previously lived in Sector 41 in Noida and had recently moved in with his family.
The man was mentally broken and on the day of the incident he came to Supertech Capetown without informing his parents and then tried to commit suicide. The incident was reported to the police around 10:30.
Upon arrival, the police were informed about the man’s mental condition and that he was currently undergoing treatment. The family, confirming his health condition, took him home.
The authorities assured that the situation was under control and no further action was taken.
