How did boda boda rider rob a soldier?
The video, which spliced together two clips from CCTV cameras, showed the soldiers sitting outside a gate.
All three of them seemed relaxed, and one of them was on the phone.
There was a truck, probably an extractor, parked across from them.
The cameras depicted a boda boda rider in a reflective green jacket approaching the soldiers at a moderate pace.

He quickly grabbed a phone from one of the soldiers and drove away.
The soldier chased the thief, drawing his weapon, but he disappeared around the bend.
The video, filmed in Ugandaamused many Kenyans, with some saying the thief was daring.
