The president of the transition, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema, is an advisor to the Ministers of Mines, Economy and Budget who has defined a national strategy for the exploitation of mini-resources. The aim of integrity is that the returns in the operation of the state budget are common, ensuring better transparency and distribution plus fair distribution of national resources.
