OXNARD, CA. – Shocking video showed the moment the suspect allegedly pointed a gun at officers.
Officers with the Oxnard Police Department said officers responded to a call of shots fired on Monday, October 21, around 9 p.m., in the area of Victoria Avenue and Leeward Way.
Shortly after officers arrived on scene, the suspect allegedly pointed a gun at them, prompting officers to open fire.
The suspect was hit by police. He was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.
No officers were injured in the incident.
