When we fully tested this TV Hisense U8N reviewit set a new bar for the brightness of mini LED TVs in our lab. In our tests, this set achieved well above 3,000 nits (in addition to the super high average image brightness).
Excellent local dimming performance means the lamp is bright enough for daytime viewing in a sunny room, while still keeping brightness under control if you want to dim the lights during a movie night. While the built-in smart platform, Google TV, makes it easy to watch all best streaming services to the U8N home screen.
But clarity is only part of the story. Also great for casual and competitive gaming, the U8N features highly sought-after gaming features such as Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM), Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and other enhancements for silky smooth gaming such as AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. And when it comes to getting the most out of your games, we mean it: the U8N can present console games at 4K/120Hz or PC games at 4K/144Hz.
