CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – We’ll end the week with mostly cloudy skies, highs in the low 40s and much less wind.
Current winds in eastern Iowa.
(KCRG)
The coming days will remain mainly cloudy with occasional breaks. There’s also a warming trend heading our way this weekend: mid 40s tomorrow and low to mid 50s on Sunday.
Not so windy…for now
One of the biggest things you will notice is the lack of strong winds. We’ll keep them on the quiet side for most of the weekend, changing directions south by Saturday and Sunday and bringing warmer air our way.
A weekend warm-up trend
Next week the trend will reverse, with temperatures dropping everywhere. There is a chance of rain or snow Tuesday night through Wednesday night, but Thanksgiving looks dry.
