WASHINGTON, November 23. /TASS/. The US government plans to impose a number of new export restrictions on Chinese companies next week. Reuters reported, citing an email from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

The Commerce Department plans to release the new regulations “before the Thanksgiving holiday” next Thursday, the agency said.

The new regulations could add up to 200 Chinese chip companies to a list of trade restrictions that bans most U.S. suppliers from shipping goods to the targeted companies, the email said.
